Gals Guide is mindful and intentional about our offerings. We look for modern applications rooted in women’s history to create value for your time. We also keep things unapologetically female-focused—there are so few women-centered spaces that allow us grown women to enjoy playing on the same playground.
Classes like this promote connection and sisterhood. In a world where people are becoming more and more lonely and disconnected, these remote classes are a great example of how we can use the Internet in a positive way.

Guided Meditation
Solo Connection
Aired on the Gals Guide Podcast, Leah ended Rest as Resistance month with a meditation. This meditation’s intention is to feel into the connection of the whole world. It is Leah’s go-to meditation when the world feels chaotic. She learned this meditation from the Tara Mandala Center. She has been led in this meditation by Lama Tsultrim Allione. It’s a practice that can be done whenever you need it. It has a seed of Buddhism with mindful compassion at its center, but you can use this process with any spiritual path, including no specific spiritual path.
