Walking Club

Walking Club

Walking Club is on pause.

Our hope it to restart Walking Club in our new location in Moorhead, Minnesota, in the spring of 2026.

Gal’s Guide would like to take a moment to give our thanks and appreciation to everyone who came on a walk with us in our 3 years in Noblesville, Indiana. We had walks in the rain, sleet, snow, and heat. We had sunny days and misty mornings. We had walks around Noblesville and field trips, too. On the path, we had tiny humans, big humans, and dogs with us.

A heartfelt thanks to Josh for leading Walking Club for 3 years. You led us on a journey that got us out in nature and connected it to local and international women’s history. We are forever grateful for your time and efforts. ❤️

In 2025 Walking Club had a book to talk about on the walk. The book pick relates to our Rebel Gal Era and ties into a woman of history and nature.

January 11 (Resistance Month) – Feminism or Death by Françoise d’Eaubonne
February 8 (Solidarity) Why Women Grow by Alice Vincent
March 8 (Equality) Fat Girls Hiking by Summer Michaud-Skog
April 12 (Creative Expression) If Women Rose Rooted by Sharon Blackie
May 10 (Innovation) Our Green Heart by Diana Beresford-Kroeger
June 14 (Injustice) Earth Democracy by Vandana Shiva
