About Walden’s Books

The Things We Don’t Talk About

An unfiltered journey through the depths of raw emotion. Through poignant poetry, Caesar delves fearlessly into the complexities of existence, offering readers a rare glimpse into the unspoken truths that linger beneath the surface of everyday life.

From heart-wrenching tales of loss and longing to powerful reflections on identity and resilience, each poem resonates with a haunting authenticity that leaves an indelible impression on the soul. With Lyrical prose and evocative imagery, Caesar invites readers to confront their own vulnerabilities and confront the taboos that often shroud our deepest struggles.

The Things We Don’t Talk About is a testament to the power of art to illuminate the shadows, offering solace and understanding to all who dare to venture into its pages.

About Walden’s Books

From Lost to Found

From Lost To Found is my personal journey through the diagnosis and understanding of mental illness. It was a long, hard road to get to this point. I didn’t know, when I first wrote some of these ten years ago, that they would eventually make their way into a book. This book contains pieces written as far back as 2014 and all the way until just a couple months ago. It tells the story of my journey through the darkness I felt after being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, as well as Borderline and Avoidant Personality Disorder. It shows my battle on and off medication. But more than anything, it shows how I found my way out, finding reasons to continue even when I didn’t want to. It tells of how I changed into a better, stronger person. It tells the story of finding love even in your darkest moments, and becoming a parent. Of finding new ways to live with the darkness, instead of letting it consume me. Within it, are some very vulnerable pieces. It’s my heart, written out on a page.
