We’re back!
Directed By Women celebrations are happening all over the world this September and we’re so happy to put Indianapolis on the map!
Gal’s Guide is hosting an out of this world celebration of female directors. The purpose of this free event is to educate, empower, and highlight women in the film industry, or women who have an interest in the film community.
There will be Film Study 101 class, a keynote address, a panel featuring women in the Indiana film industry, a silent auction, snacks, and so much fun!

We’re so pleased to be joined by Barbara Ann O’Leary, founder of Directed by Women to open the event and participate on the Women in Film panel.
Our keynote speaker will be Jamie Lee Smith! This very talented and experienced lady will be our keynote speaker as well as on the panel for the night.
