Rain reschedule
Mother Nature has asked us to pivot our Back to Nature event to our backup day, Saturday, August 19 due to a 42% rain chance during our program time. Even though there is a shelter for the meditations, the bird watching and forest bathing wouldn’t make sense to do in the rain.
We’ve been working so hard to make this event as recentering, calming, and healing for you, we hope you’ll be able to join us next Saturday so we can accomplish that wonderful benefit for you.

The kids are going back to school, how about we all go back to nature?
Join Gal’s Guide for a calming and peaceful day with guided activities that are in tune with nature.
Experience a mediation that connects you with the ground that holds all of us. Spend time forest bathing and learning about identifying trees by their leaves. Observe and bird watch in the environment. Watch or participate in a Buddhist meditation of the Dakini Family. Finish the day with a meal that focuses the mind on the One Taste and appreciation for the foods of this Earth.
