Bring in your nuts!
April 1-15 during library hours
Each year Gal’s Guide Library has a community fairy house where YOU can come and help with a unique element before it goes on the trail. In previous years we had a Fairy Library and had people decorate little books to include. Last year we had a Soul Sister Offrenda and asked people to make matchbox size shrines of women of history.
This year we are making “The Nut House”. It’s a squirrel library of various nuts covered in paint or glitter!
Bring in your nuts and decorate them at the Gal’s Guide Library and we’ll include them in our acorn-shaped Nut House.

Meet G.G. Squirrel

Remember Flat Stanley? Cutouts of a cute little kid that you then take pictures of all over town? Well meet G.G. she is our #flatsquirrel that we encourage you to take pictures will all over Fairyville.
We have a full-color printout as well as a coloring page ready for your custom design!

Scavenger Hunt

Oh no! The fairies have miss-placed their fairy dust jars! Can you find them? Come to the Gal’s Guide Library and if you can find all of them we’ll give you a certificate of Fairy Awesomeness.
Meet Squirrel Girl!
Deadpool, Doctor Doom, Galactus, and even Thanos: there’s one hero who’s beaten them all!
Squirrel Girl is the nuttiest and most upbeat superhero in the world! Her squirrel friend Tippy-Toe is always on hand to help out with extra squirrel power!
She likes to eat nuts and kick butts!
Special appearance at the Gal’s Guide booth (outside Nickel Plate Arts) on Saturday only from 10am-5pm.
