Harvest Fest
Sunday, September 10. from 12pm-5pm
Join us outdoors at Heritage Gardens for Art, Music, Food & Community! This is a free Community Event benefiting several local non-profits.
Gal’s Guide Library will have 2 booths at the event. We’ll be selling bottled beverages to raise funds for our expansion project. Plus we’ll have women’s history card readings by Mad’m Leah. Tarot cards and non-Tarot cards available for reading. All for entertainment purposes and to raise money for Gal’s Guide Library.


Farmer’s market
Saturday, September 16, the Gal’s Guide crew will be at the Noblesville Farmer’s Market with used books, stickers, bookmarks, and hugs.

Bonnie’s Wedding
Our Head Librarian is getting married! To celebrate and take time for the librarians in our lives the Gal’s Guide Library will be closed September 20-23.

LGBTQ+ Ally Meetup
For the member of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies to have an open space for dialogue, and support. A place that protects inspires, and empowers the young and all.
Saturday, September 2 at 2pm
This month we are having a discussion about advocating for ourselves as LGBTQ persons as well as advocating for other LGBTQ persons.


Walking Club
Forest bathing is the focus of September’s Walking Club meetup. Take an hour to get back in tune with nature with a mindful and slow walk.

Film Club
Our film this month is 9 to 5. Let’s see how this 1980’s classic holds up. 9 to 5 is an office satire about three female secretaries who decide to get revenge on their tyrannical, sexist boss by abducting him and running the business themselves.
Film Club meets this month on Thursday, September 14 at 5:30pm. This is a special time for September because of Bonnie’s wedding.

Tara Circle
Join us for an online study and practice of Buddhism. 10am on Zoom.
We are currently hosting Tara Practice where we take time to learn about each of the 21 Taras and recite their mantra. All are welcome. If it is your first time doing a Buddhist or Tara Practice, no worries, we are here to guide you.
